Ganjar-Mahfud intensify the program of 1 Village, 1 Health Facility, and 1 Health Worker from Sabang to Merauke

Gus Baha once said, “Remembering Allah is hard. Forgetting Allah is even harder. Making a sincere repentance is harder than breaking a diamond. But those who struggle to repent will be rewarded with a beautiful heart.”

Living in this world is not just about chasing after wealth, because no matter what, everything that is owned in this world will still be left behind and will never be taken to the afterlife. Because the dead no longer feel the pleasure of the wealth that has been collected while still breathing the cool air in this world.

As long as God gives us the blessings of health and sufficient sustenance to live in this world, be grateful. Be grateful for the gifts from the Creator. Especially if we are given a healthy body, both physically and mentally, it is a blessing that we must appreciate with gratitude. Because being healthy is priceless, sometimes health cannot be bought with any amount of money.

Therefore, it is important to maintain a healthy body. If our body is fit and healthy, then doing any activity will feel comfortable. We can be productive in carrying out activities, whether it’s studying, working, and so on.

However, there are times when we get sick due to exhaustion, age-related problems, and many other factors that make humans sick, and that is normal. Sometimes the illness we experience cannot be cured by just taking over-the-counter medicine or leaving it alone. But we are also required to check ourselves into the nearest clinic or hospital to get medicine so that we can recover quickly.

Nevertheless, not everyone can get health services. This can happen because health services in our country are still inadequate, especially for BPJS patients in remote areas who are still constrained due to the lack of health workers and health facilities. This means that health services in Indonesia are still not evenly distributed.

Don’t we feel sorry when we see sick people who have to go far to the city or even cross islands just to get health services? They have to go here and there to find a place to get treatment. They have to endure the pain when they haven’t found a clinic or hospital because in the area where they live, there are no buildings that can be used as a reference for treatment.

It’s heartbreaking to imagine. That’s why Ganjar-Mahfud, who are currently appointed as presidential and vice-presidential candidates for 2024, want to provide convenience for their citizens throughout Indonesia, especially those in remote areas, to be able to access health services that are close, fast, cheap, and of course, good.

Through their excellent program in the health sector, Ganjar-Mahfud is promoting the program of “1 Village, 1 Health Facility, and 1 Health Worker”. This number 3 pair wants health facilities to be built in villages in Indonesia, complete with competent and professional health workers. Ganjar-Mahfud wants to promote the health of villagers through this program.

On the other hand, their reason for promoting this health program is that if one family member is sick, then other family members will take care of the sick person. Seeing this condition, it can be concluded that they will not be productive.

So the existence of health facilities in every village will pave the way for every person to live a healthy life, so they can work productively and live more prosperous lives. If we analyze it carefully, this program not only helps to provide safe and comfortable medical services, but also can build more prosperous and happy human resources in the village.

Interestingly, this program will also be implemented by Ganjar-Mahfud from Sabang to Merauke. Considering that in Merauke Island, Papua, which was recently visited by Ganjar, there are still minimal health facilities there. Even though the population reaches hundreds of thousands, there are only 25 health centers, some of which have not been accredited. So health services are not yet optimal, and many people have not received good service.

And the steps taken by Ganjar-Mahfud are not just words or empty promises, but these activities have been truly carried out by Ganjar in Central Java. Where Ganjar has successfully built dozens of health centers in remote areas of Central Java.

Let’s take an example in the Karimunjawa Islands, Jepara. Many people there are so happy when the medical facilities in their area have improved significantly. Residents who used to have to travel tens of kilometers to get adequate examination services, but since 2018 they no longer have to travel far because good health services are already available in their area.

That is proof of how much Ganjar cares about the health of his people. Even not only providing adequate facilities, but Ganjar also pays close attention to the quality of the buildings. Ganjar wants to provide good infrastructure for his people, because that is his goal in entering the world of government, because Ganjar wants to serve his master.

And now, various benefits that he has fulfilled while being a regional head will be expanded, including health services as well as education, which will be a support and capital in efforts to realize superior human resources. Ganjar-Mahfud will not be afraid to fight for the welfare of the people. Boundless totality, becomes the spirit of his struggle to always work hard for the people and his nation and country.
